Religion vs God. Who will win?

Religion has too deep a root. It’s like a disease that can only be suppressed but never cured. Many generations have tried to cure it’s most alarming symptoms but it always finds an antidote. If it’s not able to fight it, it assimilates it into its core.

May it be Christ, Prophet or other contemporary god men who tried to break the shackles of religion. We have twisted their afflictions to inflictions. Just look what have we done to their beliefs and teachings. Honor killing, dowry on the name of cultural dogma, terrorist jihad, pseudo monotheism, forced conversation. Were these the lessons they want the world to know.

We are spending millions in the name of religious ceremonies, all in their name; when we have far greater issues at bay. Religion !! What good has it ever brought? Wads of cash have been plunged into the abyss named religious freedom when the same amount could have been spent on more important issues like poverty or food security or human rights and basic freedoms.

But believe me, this entreprise of millionaires and billionaire is here to stay. The whole concept of religion has now been covered into a gold clade tyranny of profit making endeavor. This enterprise was once an abode of hope, restitution, and self-discovery. Now it has transmuted into to a corporate piranha.

The concept of God may fade may into the elusive enigmas of the quantum realm. But this leech will surely survive.

Just think about it. Why won’t the religion survive without God?

The god to whom hoards of religion are dedicated yet none seems to to be dedicated to him alone.

What good a god is when your god is and will always be different from my God.

What’s good with the god when your dedication will always be more superior than mine.

Every century has considered itself to the modern age but they all failed to foresee the iron fist tyrant named “religion”, steadily tightening its grip on society or masses. As long as the paranoia and insecurity instilled into the social construct by this gargantuan beast is present. No amount of educational awakening or awareness, scientific prowess will ever be able to combat the infection of this plague.

State of Affairs at Oldest Company in Universe

In my opinion the company’s CEO has abandoned his abode and now is in pursuit of a better career. Or, perhaps he is reevaluating his work ethics or questioning his employees dedication towards his visions.
Many subsidiaries have not been true to the actual company vision. And some creative campaigns by regional heads has gone out of hand. It’s been a while since any new product was milled while most of the versions in circulation are very slow in introducing updates or hot fixes.
Revolutionizing products like Christianity and Islam did tried to diversify their holdings but are now suffering from the surge of cheap knockoffs in market introduced by ambitious stakeholders. Even good products like Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism have not been performing well despite of increasing profits. New competition from ultra modern and slick atheism is getting fierce by day. The hysteria and confusion spread by hardcore fans and fanatics is one of the main factors contributing to this increased competition. Widespread bribery and bureaucracy at offices coupled with Infestation of rodents or the so-called saviors of company and protectors of stakeholders interest has plagued the enterprise. It has weakened companies core foundations. The original manifesto has now morphed into a different version by constant misinterpretation and toying of centuries by greedy publishers and writers. It’s getting agonizing to come by unaltered or unadulterated versions of it.
Unethical practices has grown exponentially in last two decades mainly in new branch offices. In-spite of CEO’s constant warning and strict approach most of the management is under slumber and pays no heed to his warnings. If something is not done soon, company shares will definitely plummet to levels like the thousand years (4th to 14th century) depression in Europe.

Infulence of Religion Over the Years
I think CEO should revel himself to the media before it’s too late to distance his good name that is being dragged through mud. He should visit his offices and fire unworthy employees or managers who are driving his dream company into the ground. Also, his legal team has been on a sabbatical for far too long while the proxies they hired to do the job have grown greedy and needy. All thanks to the influx of lobbyists and their mounds of gold plundered over the past century. The plethora of rouge advertising campaigns, with phony offers can be blamed equally. These campaigns by regional offices are butchering his image. He should expunge all the overhead expenditures and streamline company organogram; if he wishes to survive the impending doom.
A new PR plan is needed to extradite gangrenous parts while salvaging healthy ones. Radical new product is required to keep check on management, something at par with hell but reserved only for them. Some sort of tit for tat approach is require. Since, they have been plagiarizing his works by twisting and swirling it to their whims and instilling fear to thrive on miseries.

What is Faith

Human beings in a mob

What’s a mob to a king? What’s a king to a god?

What’s a god to a non-believer who don’t believe in anything?

Will he make it out alive? Alright, alright, no church in the wild

Is it an unjustifiable urge in believing someone or observing an obligation to something without questioning its metaphysical existence or autonomy. A placebo inspected by humanity in an endeavor to escape from true nature of things. Or perhaps an ideology or proof of concept for assurance of things hoped for or an evidence of things not seen.

Whatever it may be, one is certain; it is definitely not related to religion. The religious aspect of faith has only been evident from last 7 centuries and is largely responsible for the introduction of the “blind” as a prefix to it. This prefix has poisoned it roots from pagan and dharmic contexts.

I believe that we only show faith in things for which there is no evidence or things we cannot see or have not seen; but as soon as evidence is made available no one dares to speak of “Faith” suddenly it’s substituted with words like confidence, certainty or sureness. The introduction of evidence shatters the charms or aura of faith. Tell me, where is! the talk of faith when it comes to gravity, two two’s are four or that some day one is bound to die. We drag faith out of its coveted shell only when we wish to substitute emotions for evidence.

It aptly said: “The substitution of emotion for evidence leads to strife”, as emotions always change on individual or group perspectives. Hindus may have faith in Rebirth, A Christian may show similar faith in resurrection as a Muslim would in virgins of Heaven or communists in Marxism or an optimist in utopia. But can this faith be defended rationally; No! it cannot be hence it is defended by irrational justifications, propaganda and if necessary by war. Faith has always be equated to confidence on one’s perceived degree of warrant and almost always depend on context. Faith is not only fideism or obedience to a set of rules or statements we must conceive and understand what and why is it required, as having faith without understanding is blind faith which is not true and fair to laws of nature. Evidently introducing “Faith” in a conversation is the best method of avoiding intelligent and intellectual discussions which are resonated by the fact that the root word for faith is “pistis” meaning “to be persuaded”.

Richard Dawkins once said:

” Faith is a process of active non-thinking, a practice that only degrades our understanding of the natural world by allowing anyone to make a claims solely on their personal thoughts, and possibly distorted perceptions as it does not require testing against nature, has no ability to make consistent predictions, and is not subject to peer review”

DHARMA vs RELIGION

Interestingly, oldest religions or dharmic religions as opposed to Abrahamic ones address faith with an undertone of philosophy and argue that faith or belief depends, less on strengths of evidence but more on the weight of idea that it represents. They say faith is courage as well as resolution, it’s steadfast and often leads to enlightenment. They encourage to question faith, investigate its validity as for them it is rooted more in curiosity than on or around god.

Faith for me is all about conscious knowledge, good deeds, obedience, in-depth understanding, convictions in things, determinations in seeking goals and the joy of the drive to enlightenment.
